For the portal zvonok.cz we have developed a system of call center managing, which allows you to monitor the amount of calls from every number, as well as receive personal information about price for each client, who used services. The system also allows controlling all of the numbers: it is possible change call prices, to block and receive financial statements, and to get information about the call destination.
